Delivery
At Keep Blooming, every delivery is handled with care and intention. We do our very best to ensure your flowers arrive safely, beautifully, and as smoothly as possible.
We deliver every day.
Order cut-off times:
• Weekdays: orders placed before 4:00 PM
• Weekends: orders placed before 1:00 PM
Deliveries take place between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Most orders are delivered before 3:00 PM, though timing may vary.
Delivery Timing: Because each day’s delivery route is carefully planned and depends on factors such as the number of deliveries, traffic, and distance, we’re unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.
• We do not offer deliveries at a specific time
• We are happy to note a preferred delivery window, with a minimum 2-hour window, and will do our best to accommodate it whenever possible
Delivery Fees:
• Delivery fees start at $10 and up, depending on distance.
Care & Presentation: All bouquets and arrangements are thoughtfully wrapped and protected to ensure they arrive fresh, beautiful, and ready to be enjoyed.
Tracking & Updates: Once your order is on its way, the sender will receive a delivery tracking notification. We carefully review all delivery notes and special instructions before heading out.
If No One Is Home: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will handle the order with care:
• During warm weather, flowers may be safely left at the door
• We may leave them with a trusted neighbour
• Or follow specific delivery instructions provided by the sender or recipient
Our priority is always the safety and freshness of your flowers.
