Shipping policy

Our standard delivery window is 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. On regular business days, most orders are delivered before 4:00 PM; however, this is not guaranteed. Delivery routes are organized based on location, order volume, traffic, weather, and other operational factors.

Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday–Friday and before 1:00 PM on weekends, subject to availability and delivery capacity. Orders placed after the cut-off may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your order. Please note that we are unable to provide an exact arrival time for standard deliveries.

If you require delivery within a specific time frame, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can confirm availability. An additional timed-delivery fee will apply.

For deliveries to businesses, offices, schools, or locations with limited operating hours, we strongly recommend placing your order at least one day in advance. Same-day orders to businesses cannot be guaranteed to arrive before closing unless a specific delivery arrangement has been confirmed with us.

Holidays & High-Volume Days

During major holidays and exceptionally busy periods, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, our regular delivery window does not apply. Due to significantly increased order volume, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time.

Orders scheduled for these days may be delivered anytime between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. We will always do our best to complete your delivery as efficiently as possible, but please keep this extended delivery window in mind when placing an order for same-day delivery on a major holiday.

If timing is important, we strongly recommend ordering in advance rather than on the day of the holiday.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If an order is out for delivery but cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, refuses the flowers, provides an incorrect/incomplete address, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

If you authorize us to leave the flowers in a safe location, on a porch, with a concierge, neighbour, receptionist, or another person, we will follow those instructions. Once the order has been left according to your instructions, Keep Blooming is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, weather exposure, or failure of the recipient to receive the flowers.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is requested.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter the preparation process shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.

Orders that are already being designed, prepared, or are out for delivery cannot be modified or cancelled.

During holidays and high-volume periods, changes may be especially difficult to accommodate once an order has been submitted.

Rural Areas & Cemeteries

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times for rural routes, cemeteries, or locations outside our standard delivery area. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on distance and location.

Product Sizes & Holiday Pricing

Many of our arrangements are available in multiple sizes, such as Small, Medium, and Large, allowing you to select or upgrade the arrangement based on your preference and budget.

Prices and flower availability may change around major holidays due to increased wholesale costs and seasonal availability. We will do our best to honour the price paid when your order was placed. In exceptional circumstances, we may contact you regarding substitutions, adjustments, or additional charges before proceeding.

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders for local delivery. Please contact our shop directly if you require assistance placing an order from outside Canada.
